DOL Did Not Comply with Improper Payments Eliminations and Recovery Act for FY 2017

Abstract

This publication reports findings of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Inspector General - Office of Audit's review of DOL compliance with the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act of 2010 (IPERA), for the year that ended, September 30, 2017. This report examines six IPERA requirements and determines that DOL complied with only four of the six.
