Abstract

This publication provides impact estimates for non-participants in the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program under the 2002 amendments, as compared to similar participants in the program. Estimated impacts are provided in the reports on: 1) the receipt of re-employment and training services, 2) employment and earnings, 3) characteristics of jobs (including hourly wages and health benefits), and 4) health and family status.
