The Evaluation of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Program: A Synthesis of Major Findings

Abstract

This report summarizes major findings from more than a dozen separate publications of the Evaluation of the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program.The evaluation, commissioned by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (which is responsible for administration of the TAA program) was designed to document key administrative practices and assess the effectiveness of the TAA program under the 2002 amendment.
