Encouragement Emails Increase Participation in Reemployment Services

This publication reports the results of a study by the U.S. Department of Labor and a local One-Stop Career Center in Michigan, in which they tested whether a series of new short email messages could increase the percentage of unemployment insurance recipients who scheduled, attended, and completed a reemployment program.
