Abstract

NASPO's 2016 IT procurement reform solutions include removing unlimited liability clauses in state terms and conditions, introducing more flexible terms and conditions, removing required performance bonds from vendors on IT projects, leveraging enterprise architecture for improved IT procurement, and improving the negotiations process.
