Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 13-19

Abstract

The purpose of Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) No. 13-19 is to issue enhanced Recommended Operating Procedures (ROPs) for NDNH and SDNH Cross-Matching Activity, that expand upon ROPs previously attached to Unemployment Insurance Program Letter (UIPL) No. 19-11, National Effort to Reduce Improper Payments in the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Program, by providing additional guidance and updated best practices on the use of New Hires tools.
