Reporting Over the U.S. Department of Labor's FY 2018 Compliance with the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act

Abstract

This publication reports the results of work conducted to address the performance audit objectives related to the United States Department of Labor's (DOL) compliance with the requirements contained in the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act of 2010, Section 3(a)(3) (IPERA). The two engagements included a performance audit related to DOL's compliance with the IPERA requirements and an agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagement.
