Abstract

Annually, the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) issues a Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) containing guidance on the deliverables the states should produce for their Workforce Information Grants (WIGs). Annual WIG TEGLs contain policy and program guidance, application instructions, and formula allocations for state labor market information departments to promote their labor market information (LMI) data production and dissemination.
