Delaware - Unemployment Benefits Expanded to Workers Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic

Press Release issued on March 17, 2020 by the Delaware Department of Labor announcing the Secretary of Labor for the State of Delaware has issued new guidelines to enhance the flexibility of Delaware's unemployment insurance (UI) program to provide cash assistance to many Delaware workers whose employment has been impacted directly by COVID-19 and who would not typically qualify for benefits.
