This publication presents the Office of Inspector General�s (OIG) initial areas of concern the Department of Labor (DOL) and the states should consider regarding the implementation of the unemployment insurance (UI) provisions included in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020.
