Common Intake and Workforce Services Integration Research

Abstract

Analysis commissioned by the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board to advise the Governor and Legislature of Washington on workforce development policy, coordinating training programs, and improving workforce services. Issues covered include determining tools and resources used by case managers and develop a web-based tool chest, identifying data requirements and redundancy, and identifying documentation and assessment tools currently utilized.
