Abstract
This video features a practitioner who discusses the value of a customer-centered service design strategy in serving both job seekers and employers.� He notes the importance of a system that focuses on employer needs and provides job seekers with better access to data about where jobs are; what skills are in demand; how their skill set matches up with the local economy; and ways to increase those skill sets.
