Abstract

This podcast features one practitioner who discusses the use of data-driven decisions to support the continuous improvement tenet that permeates WIOA and its impact on service delivery. She addresses the importance of using multiple data sources; the need to verify data in real-time with job seekers and employers; the use of talent pipeline studies focused on growing local sectors; and the creation of sector panels to further inform data-based decision making.
