Abstract

The Center for Digital Government and Xerox teamed up to survey more than 2,000 U.S. citizens and 136 state and local decision-makers to compare how the two groups view the delivery of critical government services and information pre-COVID 19 and current state. In this webinar, we�ll unpack what citizens really want and how governments can meet those expectations while streamlining and reducing the cost of digital service delivery.
