Abstract

This is a session from the 2020 annual NASCIO conference. As the COVID-19 pandemic escalated across the nation, state government personnel and the companies that support them quickly moved to a virtual work environment forcing many to manage their client relationships remotely. Hear from the nation�s top state government leaders on how they successfully led their teams through this crisis, stood up new work environments, and managed daily operations with minor disruptions to citizens.
