Govloop surveyed 91 public sector employees, primarily at the state and local levels, about their pandemic preparedness. In this report, they look at how state and local agencies can get and stay resilient in this new normal. They also provide insights from Ray Elwell, Market Advisory Program Manager at Workday, a provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and HR.
