Abstract
Toensure aninclusive economic recovery, there is a need to investinquality training that leads to sustainable careersfor those who havebeen hurt the most by this pandemic recession.Foradultworkerswho want toretrain for careers in in-demand sectors, online training programs can offer greater flexibility and affordabilityto a short-term credential. While the trend towards online learninghad been growinglong before the pandemic changed the way education needed to be delivered, it now represents thepreferred waythat adults want to connect to training options.
