Abstract

The purpose of UIPL No. 14-21 is to advise states of the enactment of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA or Act) (Pub. L. 117-2), specifically Title IX, Subtitle A, Crisis Support for Unemployed Workers, on March 11, 2021, and to provide an overview and instructions for implementing ARPA�s UI-related provisions.
