Abstract

This report documents insights taken from the Digital Services Convening hosted by the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. The forum had representatives from more than 40 different digital service groups, and covered topics such as examining digital teams' responses to the pandemic, highlighting long-term opportunities for digital teams, and focusing on priorities and opportunities for the next six to 12 months.
