Abstract
State workforce development agencies and local programs collect significant amounts of administrative data to meet federal WIOA and other programs performance reporting requirements. The primary focus of this webinar is to support state agency and local program staff in leveraging existing administrative and performance data to evaluate their programs and services. National workforce research and state evaluation experts will present considerations for and concrete examples of how performance and administrative data can be used to support WIOA-required evaluations. Various types of studies, e.g., outcome and implementation and potential evaluation designs will be presented and discussed. Participants will receive examples of reports and other resources to guide them in conducting state and local evaluations.
