Abstract

The Handbook supports the delivery of quality distance education programming. Because in so many ABE programs the online component of blended learning is treated as �distance,� it also provides examples supporting quality blended learning programming. This Handbook addresses both administrative and instructional issues that are at the core of successful blended and distance education.
