Abstract

This strategy is built on three key pillars of successful cloud adoption: 1) security, 2) procurement, and 3) workforce. These embody the interdisciplinary approach to IT modernization needed in order for the federal government to provide improved return on its investments, enhanced security, and higher quality services to the American people.
