Employer Guide: Preventing and Reporting UI Fraud

Abstract

Employer Guides are designed to provide concise information on topics of interest to the employer community. The Guides may be customized to provide state-specific instructions and may be printed or distributed by email. This Guide provides examples of employer unemployment insurance (UI) fraud, a listing of potential consequences of UI fraud, and suggested ways to avoid UI fraud.
