Abstract
This workforce study aims to establish an initial benchmark of Hawaii's digital readiness and literacy. The objectives are to establishment a baseline measurement of the state's working age population; to measure the present rate of digital readiness disaggregated by demographics, education, occupation, industry, and geography; to determine the proportion of adults in various groups who are not digitally literate; and to identify the largest population segments of adults who are not digitally ready.
