The Digital Navigator Playbook

Abstract

This toolkit serves as a high-level guide and offers a starting point for partners currently planning to pilot digital navigator services across the country. The toolkit covers five important elements in program planning and design: 1) Program Goal; 2) Program Description; 3) Measurement and Evaluation; 4) Implementation Plan; and 5) Building a Digital Equity Ecosystem.
