Abstract

This rapid review was conducted to describe the evidence on four topics related to remote service delivery: 1) how some American Job Centers (AJCs) and other workforce agencies have provided employment services remotely; 2) distance one-on-one interactions versus self-service and group-based resources; 3) equity considerations related to remote services delivery; and gaps in the evidence.
