Abstract

This playbook is based on lessons learned in a nine month program in which eight state teams developed a data project to support their COVID-19 economic recovery efforts. The information can be applied to state data projects at any stage in order to build trust, support economic stability, and ensure data is used effectively to produce better outcomes for state residents.
