Abstract

This report utilizes NASCIO's 2022 list of state CIO top 10 priorities as a framework for exploring how state and local governments can not only accelerate digital transformation, but make it sustainable for the long term. The primary goal of transformation is discussed as becoming more agile, data-driven and digitally enabled.
