JEDx: Modernizing America's Workforce Data Through a Public-Private Approach

Abstract

This report outlines the work being undertaken by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the T3 Innovation Network to develop and use public-private standards for comprehensive earnings and employment records. The report outlines the need for a new public-private approach, describes the mission of JEDx and how it will be realized, and offers a set of principles that will guide the work. It also outlines three use cases and presents a roadmap for moving from the planning phase to a design and test phase.
