Abstract

With the goal of evaluating the state of digital transformation and digital document deployment in government agencies, Forrester surveyed 160 decision-makers at federal, state, and local government agencies. The key findings were that the outlook is largely positive, with the need to continue operations and citizen services virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic spurring transformation initially.
