Abstract
This virtual session convened subject matter experts to discuss how to address legacy processes while implementing new digitization efforts. Specifically, the private sector has created an expectation for efficient and swift resolution to citizen requests. The ultimate goal is for agencies to have a simple, secure, customer/employee engagement tool that allows centralized communications, streamlined work flows, and improved customer service.
