Making Data a Strategic Asset

Abstract

This report presents findings from a national survey of 141 leaders from counties and cities to gain insight into data modernization, data-driven decision-making, and data challenges. Overall findings indicate organizations are investing in data modernization, though may be missing opportunities to fully leverage cloud-based solutions and advanced data tools.
