This brief summarizes experiences and lessons learned from the Descriptive and Analytical Career Pathways Project's machine learning study conducted by Abt Associates. Key findings demonstrate the utility of machine learning in the right context, as well as highlight potential risks and limitations users should be aware of with this approach.
