Abstract
This case study is based on the conclusion of a seven year project launched by the Administration for Children & Families called the Behavioral Interventions to Advance Self-Sufficiency (BIAS) project. This case study is designed as a teaching guide for behavioral insights, and to assist in implementing the behavioral diagnosis and design methodology developed by the project. Included in the guide are exercised and worksheets to allow the readers to apply concepts of behavioral science to a real-life problem.
