Abstract

This article outlines the 18F Engineering approach to building cloud based web apps. The approach is based on building open-source cloud-based applications, rather than making most technology choices at the project level. This method allows for developer efficiency and flexibility, and can be implemented by agencies seeking to create their own applications.
