Digital Transition Framework: An Action Plan for Public-Private Collaboration

Abstract

This white paper states that the benefits from digital transformation have not been fully realized, and that macroeconomic and geopolitical headwinds are forcing public and private leaders to make investment tradeoffs. As a result, the authors offer concrete actions and prominent examples to support governments and help them achieve their digital transition goals in the face of uncertainty.
