This video shows you how to get started with using Generative AI tools, including Bard, Bing, and ChatGPT, in your work as public sector professionals. The free 13 minute hands-on tutorial provides an introduction on how to use Generative AI to work more efficiently, while improving governance, community engagement, and responsiveness to residents. You will learn how Generative AI can help write memos, translate legalese and government-speak into plain English, and summarize meetings. With interactive examples, the video is designed encourages you to experiment with these emerging tools.
