Making Data a Strategic Asset

Abstract

The Center for Digital Government (CDG) in July 2022 conducted a national survey of 141 leaders from mid-sized counties and cities. The goal was to gain insight into data modernization, datadriven decision-making, and data challenges. Overall findings indicate organizations are investing broadly in data modernization; however, they may be missing opportunities to fully leverage what�s truly possible with cloud-based solutions and advanced data tools.
