Abstract

The "Delivering a Digital-First Public Experience" guidance focuses on a ten-year digital modernization plan with standardized online tools and experiences. The effort supports President Biden's commitment to enhancing Federal customer experience and service delivery. It emphasizes the need for user-friendly, accessible, and efficient digital government services, citing examples of agencies like the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Department of Veterans Affairs already progressing in this direction.
