Abstract
Post-2020 pandemic, Tennessee aims to optimize services, identifying a $1.5B efficiency opportunity, mainly in customer experience and automation (~33%). The state launches an intelligent automation program to transform operations, enhance service delivery, and empower employees. Advanced tools offer a direct path for task automation, necessitating a shift from traditional software development. Success relies on the active involvement of agency business owners.
